Our all-inclusive pricing covers everything your pet needs—bath, haircut, nails, ear cleaning, and more. No add-ons, no surprises—just a complete grooming experience using top shelf products that leave your furry friend looking and feeling their best. We offer a one-on-one, cage-free grooming experience for dogs, giving them personalized attention in a calm, stress-free environment. For the safety and comfort of our feline friends, cats are cared for in secure, cozy accommodations.

Policies

Fleas and Ticks
If fleas and/or ticks are found on your pet during their grooming appointment, we will use a specialized flea and tick shampoo to ensure they are thoroughly eradicated. You will be notified immediately if fleas or ticks are found on your pet.
Brushing and Dematting
Light brushing and the removal of a few small tangles are included with every groom. Dematting is required when a coat contains multiple, tight, or extensive mats that cannot be safely brushed out as part of routine grooming. You may be asked to e-sign our matted pet release form. Dematting is time-consuming and can be uncomfortable for pets, so it is charged at $1 per minute, based on the amount of time needed. In some situations, shaving may be the only option.

Hand Stripping


We offer handstripping for select breeds to help maintain proper coat texture, color, and overall coat health. Handstripping is available for an additional $75 per hour, added to the regular bath or haircut price for your dog’s breed. Please note that not all dogs tolerate handstripping well, as the process requires patience and cooperation from the dog. For the safety and comfort of your pet, we reserve the right to discontinue the service if a dog becomes overly stressed, uncomfortable, or unable to safely cooperate during the appointment.
Aggressive or Difficult Pets
Harbor Paws Grooming reserves the right to refuse or stop service if a pet poses a safety risk to itself or the grooming staff. The customer may still be responsible for part or all of the grooming fee to cover the time, care, and products already provided during the appointment.
Appointment Times and Appointment No Shows
To provide the best care for every pet, it's important that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your appointment to avoid delays to other customers. Appointment No-Shows: Customers with a no-show on their profile will be required to prepay for future appointments. Prepaid appointments can be rescheduled with notice, but the payments are NON REFUNDIBLE.
Injury Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to ensure a gentle and stress-free grooming experience, the use of grooming tools and products can occasionally cause minor nicks, scratches, or skin irritation, especially if a pet is wiggly, matted, or has sensitive skin. If an injury occurs, we will inform you immediately. In the event of a more serious incident, we may seek veterinary attention for your pet. Grooming can occasionally uncover or exacerbate pre-existing conditions. By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing that Harbor Paws Grooming is not responsible for veterinary bills resulting from pre-existing conditions (matted coat is considered a pre-existing condition).
